Career : Founded famous Spanish restaurant Cambia de Tercio in June 1995. Abel Lusa and David Rivero met first when studying catering and wine-making in the Rioja region. They made contact again at Albero and Grana and went on to open CAMBIO DE TERCIO Located at 163 Old Brompton Road, only 5 minutes away from Gloucester Road tube station, Cambio de Tercio has become not only the best Spanish restaurant in London "Carlton Television Awards 2003", but the best Spanish restaurant outside Spain.
